The move follows the company’s decision to conclude its relationship with NSN Employer Services, Inc. and bring all unemployment claims operations under direct internal management at its headquarters in Floral Park, New York.
The company said the transition is aimed at streamlining claims handling and enhancing the client experience. By managing unemployment claims in-house, ValeU Group expects to improve communication, responsiveness, and oversight while providing clients with direct access to an experienced internal claims team throughout the full lifecycle of each claim, including hearings and appeals.
