Service Agreement
Once you decide to move forward, our sales team will send our standard service agreement for your review and electronic signature.
Step 3
Implementation
Upon receiving a signed agreement, you’ll be prompted to complete a Client Implementation Form. Â
Our implementation team coordinates a kick-off meeting with all parties involved to walk you through all the requirements and deadlines to get you up and running. Â
All systems and data is thoroughly tested (by Walton) to make sure everything is working as expected. Â
The last phase of implementation is user-acceptance testing. Â Once the client signs off, a go-live is established.
Step 4
Training + Go Live
Our Account Management team facilitates all the necessary training to ensure a smooth implementation. Â
Service begins upon a selected go-live date by all parties. Â
Once live, your assigned account manager will closely monitor all activity and work with the client on all deliverables.Â
